After updating JBoss tools Seam Configurartion list is empty

This is not the first time this has happened. I should have backed up my Ganymede beforehand. I updated using the Software Updates of Eclipse. When I re-ran Eclipse, and yes I tried -clean, the Seam Configure list is empty when I try to create a new Seam Web application.

what do you mean by "seam configure list" ?

And where is that list ? any screenshot ?

It is the first screen of the Seam Web App wizard. It is the last drop down list.
