Minor xsd/tld file problem?

Just noticed in my eclipse error log I am getting these warnings:

!MESSAGE Warning: attribute type type is declared more than once in element hotKey.

!MESSAGE Warning: attribute type onbeforedomupdate is declared more than once in element ajaxValidator.

Is this something that should be fixed? It's not a show stopper, but the attributes should probly not be declared twice in the file.
