Set WebServiceHost and WebServicePort parameters in
JBOSS_HOME/server/?/deploy/jboss-ws4ee.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml

If you are using jboss-4.0.2 you can also set

AlwaysModifySOAPAddress=false

then JBossWS will not rewrite a valid URL entry in the WSDL.
