You need also the activation.jar
http://java.sun.com/beans/glasgow/jaf.html
Then you have to copy both jar-files in the tomcat dir within the jboss dir
e.g. ...\jboss-4.0.4RC1\server\default\deploy\jbossweb-tomcat55.sar -

I use Jboss4.0.2.
How to check Java version in Jboss4.0.2?
