I'm looking specifically for examples of usage for wstools and JSR-181. (I noticed most of the wiki examples still use wscompile.)

cvs co jboss-head

After the build you have

webservice/output/lib/jbossws-samples.zip

Then build the user-guide in webservice/docs/user-guide/projects

This will all be available when we release jbossws-1.0 -final
