Hi!

Have a look at soapui (http://www.soapui.org), an LGPL:ed tool with extensive testing and inspection features.. The latest snapshot even has integrated support for running the jbossws wstools for generating web service artifacts and wsdls, and the upcoming 1.6 version will include support for attachments, ws-i validations and more.. (an eclipse-plugin is also in the making..)
