jbossws-thirdparty.jar

The userguide tells that, to install JBossWS on Tomcat, I need to copy jbossws-thirdparty.jar to tomcat_home/common/lib
But in the archive jbossws-1.0.1.GA that jar is not present.
Do I need it?
Where can I get it?
