It seems to me that the BASIC Authentification would work for me. The only problem is that I don't know hoe to get the user inside the web service.

palin Oct 12, 2006 4:09 AM (in response to trifonov)Are you exposing your ws through an ejb3 endpoint? If so, take a look at the javax.ejb.SessionContext method; as a matter of fact, something like sessionContext.getCallerPrincipal().getName() provides you the username of the current logged user.
