call a bean method by clicking menuitem in contextmenu

is it possible to call a bean method by clicking the menuitem in the contextmenu. i want to call a bean method when i click the menu.


can anyone give a sample code to do the same

just set submitMode = ajax or server on your context menu. Then just set action or actionListener attribute to method you need.
