standalone ejb3 and eclipse plugin (classloaders)

I have a standalone ejb3/hibernate .PAR/.JAR, and trying to use it in an eclipse plugin. These two describe the problem better than I can.

And also do not help solve the problem. Any recommendations or pointers?
