The latest and greatest release of JBoss EJB3 was on 2005-10-07.
http://jboss.com/products/list/downloads#ejb3

Were there significant changes in the "Proposed Final Draft" from Sun (2005-12-19) that are not reflected in the 2005-10-07 release, or were the changes just minor?
