I have another Query !!
Can we use Only ServerSide API(especially for Socket) with out using at the client side.that is I have a client that will use the Plain Java Socket API to connect the Server, But at the Server side can i use the Jboss Remote API to serve the client Request .

what if it is "false"

i set the system property jboss.remoting.pre_2_0_compatible=true still it is not working and iam getting the following exception .
