JBoss Portal + jBpm transaction problems

Hi,

I'm currently integrating JBoss Portal and jBpm. Problems occur when committing transactions on JbpmSession. For further description of the problem, please have a look at:

What you could try to do is not use the ProcessArchiveDeployer class to do the deployment. Look at the

public static void deployProcessDefinition(
 ProcessDefinition processDefinition,
 JbpmSessionFactory jbpmSessionFactory)

method and eliminate the transaction brackets.

Good suggestion, Koen! However, i am not sure if not commiting at all is a good solution. What if i i have to perform a rollback? It won't be possible I fear! Or am I wrong?

Either the complete transaction (incl. the deployment) will succeed or fail. If this is not what you need, you may want to use Julien's solution with the EJB.
