querying state externally

We want to keep our workflow state in jbpm and other stuff in our own database. I can't find in the documentation how to make a query so I can get all of our objects which are in a particular state.

Any ideas?

You have two choices
- build your own hibernate query for that
- iterate over all process instances, then all tokens and see what state they are in.
