Correct version of eclipse for jBPM

Hi,
I have downloaded jbpm-starters-kit-with-eclipse-3.0 and trying to follow the demo webinar in the following link:

I've got a problem here. In eclipse, I could not get "Swimlanes" tab/pane.

I am new to eclipse too.
Can anyone help me to get that tab/pane? or is there any other way I can achieve the same?

that is an old version. Download the most recent one. Eclipse 3.1.2 should work with that
