sortable header in dataTable with datascroller

In my application sortable headers in a dataTable stop working if i use a datascroller. After displaying the second page, it's only once possible to sort. Afterwards nothing happens.

We experience the same problem.
Sorting works on the first page, but if you try to sort after paging the table, you get a never ending a4j request (at least the a4j:status shows this).
