Hi,
how to configure an LDAP (open ldap for example) to replace the identity module (or only autentification in JBPM_ID_USER)

you can't 'configure' it currently. Some things are hardcoded. The identity module is not a real service (yet). Search the forum for this and the jira. More info in there.....
