log4j:Warn error message when running test

Hi,
When i run my test i am recieving following messages in eclipse console enviornment,

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.jbpm.JbpmConfiguration).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

OK i have solved it , actually the problem was, i have not configured the log4j files in config.files

but any how thank you
