2. Re: how to render widgets other than textbox for process var
aleem Mar 12, 2007 6:20 AM (in response to aleem)i know we can use h:selectone. But while iterating through the process variables in the jsf form (eg task.jsp), i need to apply run time condition checking so as to decide which variable is to be rendered as textbox or combobox etc... So is there any such variable, attribute or something that is passed from par archive that can be used here. I was speculating of using description attr. what is ur take? Plz help i need this..
thnx,
Aleem -

kukeltje Mar 12, 2007 9:08 PM (in response to aleem)no there is not.... if you want automagically rendered forms with different input elements, you have to use custom extensions to the processdefinition, use the gpd.xml or whatever.... but why not use per task design-time created forms

5. Re: how to render widgets other than textbox for process var
kukeltje Mar 13, 2007 6:32 PM (in response to aleem)No, not currently. Simply because if you define processvariables in the gpd to be of a certain type, with one click, forms are generated, design time. That functionality will be enhanced.

aleem Mar 14, 2007 8:31 AM (in response to aleem)How to use per task design time forms. How to integrate it with the flow? I can see the option for associating the tasks with the forms. But how to simply use it?
