khamburg Apr 3, 2007 7:38 PM (in response to ygiriyap)Actually, from the pdl docs, it looks like "item", "quantity" and "address" will be created as task instance variables if there are not process variables of the same name. Can anyone confirm this?
Is there a way to declare the process variables at the beginning of the process definition in the PDL? Otherwise, they would have to be created using code in an action, correct? -

ygiriyap Apr 4, 2007 2:33 AM (in response to ygiriyap)Hey ... Thanks for the replies.
Got it.
In the user guide its mentioned that ...10.2. Variable lifetime Variables do not have to be declared in the process archive. At runtime, you can just put any java object in the variables. If that variable was not present, it will be created. Just the same as with a plain java.util.Map.
Thank you.
