Newbie questions - when are tasks removed from jbpm_taskinst

I have noticed that task instances do not stay in the jbpm database. At what point in the lifecycle are task instances removed?

when the workflow is it done ? I think it will be the default behavior....

nope, they stay in the database until the processinstance is removed. So I do not know where your (X49....) idea comes from
