Is it possible to add parameters to a state definition in the process definition?

i have for example this code:

 <transition to="b" name="bTS"></transition>
 </start-state>


 <state name="b">
 <transition to="c" name="cTS"></transition>
 </state>

i want, when i am in state 'b', access an parameter that is declared for that state.

no... since you did not describe what you mean by a
"parameter that is declared for that state" as requested before. You just described two states......

i would like to do something like this:

 <param name="param1" value="123"/>
 </state>

when i am in state b, i want to access the paramater "param1" from my java code.
