I'm working on the following tutorial: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/JbpmGettingStarted Unfortunately I stopped on the point where I have to "Add Action" to a task (right-click on a task. screenshot!). The problem is that by right-clicking I get the menu but without the "Add Action". Additionally I noticed that at the bottom of my process designer I don't have the "Swimlanes" tab like in the tutorial but the other tabs exist.
If you want to view the swimlanes you must click in the background of the process definition, (not in one node). Then in the properties tab you can see the swimlanes tab. Hope it helps... if not.. let me know...
