Mhh.. in this case, I'm looking for a way to check if the currently selected child is in the specific panelMenuGroup. How do I implement this in the backing bean?
Does anyone have a good example? I think the one on the richfaces showcase doesn't really show how the menu works. It just shows, how to reload a panel, but the page is never reloaded, so the menu doesn't need a correctly implemented backing bean... quite confusing.. -

moldovan May 15, 2008 8:40 AM (in response to socken)Hello!
One possible solution is to build your whole menu in your bean, and bind it on the jsf-site via the binding-attribute.
do it like if have done here --> http://jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=132816
and for info: the bug in this topic is already fixed!
