cvs authorization on jbpm.3 restored

the move to the new project structure is done. but mind the roadworks... still quit some build structure work to do.

The build totally fails for me. I have the impression that not all the dependencies were uploaded to the JBoss repository...

Amongst others, it fails to download following jars:
- dumbster.jar
- facelets.jar
- jboss-common.jar
- jboss-jmx.jar
- jboss-system.jar
- jcr-1.0.jar

It gives me the following missing required libraries in my Eclipse workspace:

there is a jira issue to add the jboss libs to the repository: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-3168

once those two are done, we should be in good shape. then someone ...probably me:-( ... will have to go throught the get.dependencies target to see if all is properly downloaded and verify that the eclipse .classpaths do match...

this structure rework was really necessary, but took... euh takes a lot more time then expected.
