Newbie: admin page access

Hi, just downloaded JBoss Portal, started JBoss application server no problem here. Then I navigated to:

http://localhost:8080/Portal

No sweat. Now, I clicked on "Admin" on "Page Menu" portlet (trying to access Admin CMS), only to be presented with error message "Sorry, you do not have access to this function. "

I scanned thru both User Guide and Reference Doc, can't find anything that tells you how to configure an Admin account. Any hint?

I had a look through the source code when I first installed - I think it was one of the DB creation files in which I found:
user=admin
pass=admin

Hopefully that'll work for you too.

I've just downloaded jbossAS+portal pack. Unzipped, ran "run.bat", clicked "Standard login", login as "admin" and password "admin" but I got this message:
HTTP Status 408 - The time allowed for the login process has been exceeded. If you wish to continue you must either click back twice and re-click the link you requested or close and re-open your browser

I tried, but nothing difference. Help me!
