open new portlet window when we click one mode view or help

Hi,
How to create the new portlet window when i click on mode view or help or custom portlet mode it should should display empid field, deptname field with search button when i click the search button it should display the result criteria based on input in child window to the parent portal window.

First, do not add a new, unrelated, question to an existing post.

Second, when you ask your question in a new post, please reword it. I do not understand what you are asking. (First, there is no such thing as a "help mode portlet", and second if you are writing a portlet and you specify a help mode for it, you determine the output so how would I or anyone else be able to show you the output?)
