The AdminCMSPortlet that come bundled with jboss portal 2.2 can be used in jboss portal 2.0? It is JSR-168 compliant? Can I install him in others portal containers?

No. The CMSAdminPortlet in 2.2, ties in to the new 2.2 CMS object model and will not work in 2.0.
