    Exception in management page

      I think I caused this by mistakenly creating a portlet in a page in which I didn't fill in the name for the portlet.

      Now the management tab comes up blank and I get this exception:

      11:51:55,674 ERROR [[/portal-core]] Encountered a node [0:0:1:0] + with an illogical state. Node is expanded but it is also considered a leaf (a leaf cannot be considered expanded.
      java.lang.IllegalStateException: Encountered a node [0:0:1:0] + with an illogical state. Node is expanded but it is also considered a leaf (a leaf cannot be considered expanded.

      ...

      I was adding a CMS portlet. This is in a new page I added. I can see the page, and the CMS portlet is there (it's the one that shows "Support Services", "Portlet Swap", etc.). I can see all four portlets I added to the page. But, I can't get to the management tab now.

      I'm logged in as admin.
      I'm running the Portal 2.2.1 RC2 + AS 4.0.3 SP1 bundle on Windows XP.

      Thanks,
      ==Leonard
