CMS page's Title and Description persisting problem

I edit the page by CMS Manager, which already has the Title and Description. After saving those values disapear in a next version of page. Do I have to add this issue to JIRA or I am not understanding something?

It has been fixed and is in JBoss Portal 2.4Alpha
