In the portlet specifications versions 1.0 (final) and 2.0 (draft) a <security-constraint> with as a parent <portlet-app>, contains
one or more <portlet-collection> elements.
In JBoss Portal 2.4 this does not seem to work. I also browsed the sources
but wasn't able to find a reference to 'portlet-sollection'.
Is this not supported in JBoss Portal?
