Added to main page ;)

Forces going to login page when clicked (if not already logged in)
Seems to work ok.

4. Re: Wiki as main page
tony.herstell1 Apr 10, 2007 6:16 PM (in response to tony.herstell1)No, I need the link that takes me to the page that allows me to set up the wiki layout.
So its the portal Admin page.
If anyone can cut that url for me I would be grateful.
Basically, on a reboot Portal does not remember that I put the login component at the top of the wiki page.

theute Apr 11, 2007 3:11 AM (in response to tony.herstell1)If you want to put the login portlet you need to access the portal admin page. I gave you the link for 2.6, are you using 2.4 instead ?
THe Portal won't forget your changes, but you probably have the xml file overriding the values on start-up.<if-exists>override</if-exists>
in the embedded default-object.xml. -
6. Re: Wiki as main page
tony.herstell1 Apr 11, 2007 3:15 AM (in response to tony.herstell1)I set up the portal.
I then cahnged my defaul page, using the admin page, to be the wiki.
No whenever I go to the portal, it goes to my default page... the WIKI!
I hae no link back to the admin page...
:)
ALL I need is someone to post the url path to the admin page...
Using the admin page I did set my wiki page to have the login bit at the top of it... but on a reboot, for some reason, this is forgotten! -
