How to create our own jsp portlet using JbossPortal

I am new to JSPPprtal.
Can anyone provide me details and steps to create my own jsp portlet and add it to my Portal.

It's urgently need.Please help!!!

I am also new to portlets but i think u can download some examples from this link which also contains example of jspportlet

U can start by modifying that examples . before that read reference guide,user guide if u haven't read them.

Actually I have already downloaded helloWorld.jsp portlet. I just wanted to know how to add this jsp portlet into my PORTAL/ Repositary.
What steps need to follow to include this jsp portlet on my created Portal on JbossPortal.
