mail.micke Jul 8, 2008 12:04 PM (in response to dwhipstock1)I think this page explains it:
http://www.jboss.org/file-access/default/members/jbossrichfaces/freezone/docs/devguide/en/html/simpleTogglePanel.html
Search for marker.

dwhipstock1 Jul 10, 2008 10:15 AM (in response to dwhipstock1)Thanks for the reply Micke,
I understand how that could use that to make the "<<" into a different font or style. But I do not think I could use this to make it an image of an arrow that changes
I could change the font to the same color as the background and use an arrow background image. But that image wouldn't change when the user clicked on it.
I'd need like 2 classes, one open and one closed to pull that off. "rich-stglpnl-marker-open" and "rich-stglpnl-marker-closed". -

mail.micke Jul 10, 2008 11:47 AM (in response to dwhipstock1)True!
Would have been nice with a couple of facets :)
Now that I had another look at the documentation I noticed that it didn't work as I thought either.
Good luck,

melinda Jul 10, 2008 1:07 PM (in response to dwhipstock1)I have a toggle panel that shows a + or - sign depending on whether the panel is open or closed. Just put a graphic image in the toggleControl
Like this ...<facet> <panelGrid> <toggleControl> <graphicImage/> </toggleControl> <outputText> </panelGrid> </facet>

fezen Nov 4, 2008 8:37 AM (in response to dwhipstock1)Thanks for the help. However, I decided to go for conditional rendering of the parts I want to show/hide.
