no <rich:fileUplod> component on the palatte

Hi all

using eclipse 3.3.2 and richfaces last stable update.

there is no <rich:fileUplod> component on the palatte and when using this tag IDE says "no tag"

what i miss ?

tag in RichFaces UI.

There is

<rich:fileUpload>

tag.
