anybody have a problem in CMS?

I use MS SQL2000 and I create a new page using wswg editor and the file is created. I can see the file from CMS admin. but when I want show it to public page. it always shows "Page Not Found". any ideas ?

It seems that the (File)CMSService.execute(fileGet) return null. what is CMSService instance? details coding may help me to find out the problem
