Can JBoss Portal be accessed from mobile phones? iPhone?

I was wondering if there were any features, APIs, or solutions in Liferay to facilitate mobile access similar to Mobile Access and Voice Access in Sun Java Portal Server 7.1. Sun's Portal Server has quite a well developed solution for Mobile and Voice Access to the portal. Is there anything like this for Liferay? Or would we need to roll our own.

You should ask Liferay then ;) not us...

JBoss Portal, is a portal platform with a basic out of the box portal that uses the portal services.

Of course you can adapt it to any end-user device. You can check the type of content you need to return based on the device and produce the correct "stuff".

Yes because that's what you are building, a portal.
So what we provide is a set of services to use and *extend* to make that happen. I hope i'm clear :)

We won't build a full fledge portal designed for everybody. That's not possible, it doesn't exist.
Everybody has his own set of requirements. What is needed is a correct stack of framework to build on top.

                Think AS+Portal+Seam for example.
