how to manage content in portlet which belong to a role .

i have a test. i make a portal ,there are several portlets in the portal.portlet A belong to Role A, portlet B belong to Role B,...,i want to create a user named A whose Role is Role A. now , the user A is a manager to manage content of the portlet A .how do it.
