CMS content WYSIWYG editor can not show Chinese correctly

In the editor, I input some Chinese words then submit, and then view the text, it can not show correctly. can this editor use in international? thanks any helps.

I am really sorry. I find the answer: set the jvm start parameter -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8,it is fine, it is OK.
