How can I ordering the datatable in backing bean?

My datatable hasn't the columns header. We want to provide the combo for user to select the ordering.

How can I ordering the datatable in backing bean?

Check our external sorting example on demosite. I'm not sure that quite understand your case but this is an example of working with dataTable from external controls.
