synchronization of the dashboard

hi.... can I keep the synchronization of my dashboard with the template a session level? I would that the administrator delete a portlet inside template and automatically that portlet go away bu the user dashboard

Not immediately but after next page refresh portlets can be made added/removed ( themeChange/LayoutChange) from the dashboard. It could be achieved by modifying CustomizationManagerService.
It is explained multiple times in this forum that how to modify this Mbean.
