1. Re: Properties accessed through PropertyAccessor not stored
adamw Mar 23, 2009 10:56 AM (in response to kaizersh)Hello,
well, I guess the reason is because it's not implemented ;) Can you provide a failing testcase?

kaizersh Mar 24, 2009 7:19 AM (in response to kaizersh)Hi,
I've created a Jira issue at
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-3827
I've included a small test case as a patch.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks.

3. Re: Properties accessed through PropertyAccessor not stored
kaizersh Oct 27, 2009 2:07 AM (in response to kaizersh)Hi,
I haven't tried it yet but would Envers be able to audit values that have been set through a custom Type? For e.g., I might have a type which checks if the value is 0 and if so, set a null on the PreparedStatement. Which value would go in the AuditTable? 0 or null?
Basically I'm trying to build an auditing feature on my own and would like to know if this is possible, and if so how.
Thanks.

adamw Oct 27, 2009 2:38 PM (in response to kaizersh)Custom types are supported and should work the same as in Hibernate.
