Best way to implement a vertical tabbing page/interface??

Can you please advise as to how to implement a vertical tabbing interface similar to that of Infoq.com?? [http://www.infoq.com]
Do you plan on developing such a richfaces component?

rich:togglePanel is a universal component that allows to create a switchable panel based on it. Instead of tabPanel, togglePanel has no predefined layout. So, you can use like you want.
