What do you use to make your documentation? Do you just edit them raw (in xml)? Do you have a program that helps you? (Is it open source?)

I just edit the XML in eclipse. Docbook is pretty easy to edit by hand once you know it.

XMLSpy is usefull. I'm not sure if the free version can be used to edit docbook
