stop HtmlAjaxStatus manually

Hi,
i was just wondering if there's a way to stop the a4j-status manually. sometimes the status (wrongly) indicates that smth's still loading.

there was such bug and it was fixed in 3.2.2 GA.

unfortunately 3.2.2 causes me some layout issues especially with the suggestion boxes... :(

I think it's easier to solve some problems which appears under supported version instead of having troubles with version which will not be patched anymore.
