SelectItems Databinder and JB Portal seam based portlet

Has anyone got the above combination working? Thats the SelectItems DataBinder from the seam wiki.

I'm getting a "no concurrent calls on stateful beans" and just copied the code into my app from the simple example included.

I've never used Portlets but are you trying that with stateful or stateless beans?

Stateful.
I think I made a little more progress last night - just having a go at it again now. I don't think my config files were quite there.
