suggestionbox problem

I am chinese user!

when i input the chinese character, the suggestionBox's suggestAction has already do! but the menu don't drop down! why ? how to resolve?

Let's start with a4j:log. Please add <a4j:log popup="false" /> to the page as the last child in form, press key and see if there are any errors/warnings there.
