jalupa Mar 1, 2007 4:34 AM (in response to rengar)Did you configure the Seam Resource Servlet in your web.xml?
<servlet-name>Seam Resource Servlet</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>org.jboss.seam.servlet.ResourceServlet</servlet-class>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>Seam Resource Servlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/seam/resource/*</url-pattern>

5. Re: Error javascript in <s:selectDate>
bsmithjj Mar 1, 2007 2:27 PM (in response to rengar)yep - In Seam 1.2.0, the javascript appears to be broken (in firefox anyway) for <s:selectDate />.
Error: __selectDate is not defined Source File: http://ntinternetdev.evergreeninsite.com:8080/access/work_queue.seam?actionMethod=work_queue.xhtml%3AworkQueueManager.select&conversationId=7&conversationIsLongRunning=true&conversationPropagation=join&dataModelSelection=item%3AworkItems%5B0%5D Line: 1
Simply reverting to Seam 1.1.6 and this issue goes away -

8. Re: Error javascript in <s:selectDate>
bsmithjj Mar 2, 2007 10:13 AM (in response to rengar)No - I haven't installed the 'Seam Resource Servlet' I can't see anything in the 1.2 Docs, "Chapter 24. Seam JSF controls" that says I should. Are you saying I need to install this by asking if I have? If it needs to be installed to use the Seam JSF tags then that's a bug in the docs - the docs clearly state that I need to install the 'Seam Filter' to use <s:fileUpload/>...
Thanks -
9. Re: Error javascript in <s:selectDate>
gavin.king Mar 2, 2007 11:34 AM (in response to rengar)Yes, its a bug in the docs.

10. Re: Error javascript in <s:selectDate>
mosabua Mar 2, 2007 1:55 PM (in response to rengar)I had the same problem. Now that the servlet is there it work. To some extend anyway. It seem to be hardcoded to use the images in /img/cal-next.png and /img/cal-prev.png ... can this be changed? Why don't they come from the resource bundle servlet?
