1. Re: Custom pdf tag not rendered when in email attachment
pmuir Jun 7, 2007 3:44 PM (in response to dustismo)Looks like you forgot to declare the if namespace in the template

dustismo Jun 7, 2007 4:24 PM (in response to dustismo)I wish that was the problem, unfortunely I have the namespace included in the email template as well as the report template.
Any ideas? -

4. Re: Custom pdf tag not rendered when in email attachment
dustismo Jun 7, 2007 6:32 PM (in response to dustismo)Ok, I have found the problem:
It works fine when I send the email by directly accessing the email template page..
But it does not work if I use@In(create=true) private Renderer renderer; public void send() { try { renderer.render("/simple.xhtml"); facesMessages.add("Email sent successfully"); } catch (Exception e) { facesMessages.add("Email sending failed: " + e.getMessage()); } }
Is this a bug, or is it the expected behavior of Renderer?
thanks,
Dustin -

dilator Jun 8, 2007 8:16 AM (in response to dustismo)How do you define your libraries? In a separate jar or via facelets.LIBRARIES in web.xml?
