displaying multiple rows for a single record using datatable

hello,

i am having a problem in displaying multiple rows for a single record.
for ex i am fetching a record called project. i want to display bids for that project .like project and its bids project and its bids ...... can any one help me.

my requirement is in this format

1. carname - carmiles-price
bids-1 biddername--bidderprice
bids-2 biddername--bidderprice
bids-3 biddername--bidderprice

bids-3 biddername--bidderprice
